Binary package hint: evolution-exchange
When I try to set up an Exchange account in Evolution on Feisty I only
get to enter my username. There are no other text boxes and the next
button is disabled. So, I can't enter my server url, password, or any
other information that would normally be entered beyond that point in
setup.
