This message is truly a warning. For the reported it is indicating that
resume took 10s rather than the hoped for 5s. It is not of itself
indicative of any other failure. If you get other issues please file
another bug specifically for them, and as they are suspend/resume
related please include hardware type in the subject line as they are
almost always hardware specific.
In this case the warning probabally should be converted to a non-oop
type message. It does not mean anything is wrong for sure, only that
things are slower than hoped.
