I think it is safe to close the bug. Don't think many people are running 7.04. I think I received 3 e-mails regarding the 7.04 to 7.10 upgrade and all of them have upgraded successfully. If problems occur most of them will probably upgrade by doing a fresh install of whatever release they picked, since the upgrade cycle to the most current release is 5 upgrades..
