Sorry to hear isn't working properly.
Could you attach the log files of syncdaemon, they are located at:
~/.cache/ubuntuone/log
there should be 5 files with different dates, please attach the one from
2009-10-05
The log file contains the names of your files, if this is a privacy
issue for you, we can make this bug private or you can email the files
to me.
