Hello las, and thank you for reporting this bug. Did you by chance upgrade from 9.04? I have a feeling this may be an issue of your settings from 9.04 carrying over into 9.10, but are unable to be changed. I just tested this issue, and it does not effect me. I did a clean install of 9.10 beta. If you did an upgrade, can you also try adding other applets to your panel that you didn't use at all in 9.04, and verify if it's only indicator-session that is the only one that does not show up, or if it's all applets that have this effect after reboot.
