Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
Reproducible in live or installed version on Lenovo Thinkpad T400 and
9.10 beta1 with discrete graphics (Radeon) enabled, external monitor
(1900x1200) attached during try to un-mirror LVDS and VGA outputs. Works
fine for integrated (Intel) video.
