- install the gnome-cups-manager desktop to /usr/share/applications, make
it listed correctly by the control-center shell (Ubuntu: #82458, #85017)
* debian/gnome-cups-manager.desktop.in, debian/gnome-cups-manager.desktop:
- use the "HardwareSettings" category
The gnome-cups-manager 0.31 tarball which is current version has no
desktop file, that's why we ship a distribution specific one
