When I connect to an MSN account with Kopete it starts to eat RAM, the
system starts swapping and eventually I have to kill it (if i can get
control). Last time I tried it ate 2GB of RAM and 4GB of swap very
quickly indeed.
This is with Kubuntu 9.04 Alpha2 64 bit on a Core 2 Duo.
I originally put : I don't get this behaviour on an Athlon system
running the 32-bit version of Kubuntu : But now I've discovered this
problem is intermittent, sometimes I do get it on both systems.
