Binary package hint: software-center
Most normal (i.e. people who aren't advanced linux users or experienced
with computers at all) people would not be able to find the option to
download software. They would just say: "this doesn't work," and try
something else, for instance, windows. Please try to make this option
more obvious or show where to find the download option, as it is not
easy to find in software-center's current set-up.
