Binary package hint: ubufox
the menu is greyed out even though the wizard has the ability to
configure "All Plugins" if there is none used. This is a bug; the menu
should item should always be activatable and the wizard should just open
with "all plugins" preselected if no "current plugin" is in use on the
tab.
