Like I told in freedesktop bugreport, probably better to change even to
KERNEL=="sd*|hd*|sr*|mmcblk*|mspblk*",
ENV{DKD_PRESENTATION_NOPOLICY}="0"
Since memstick devices are similar to sd cards.
However I don't know if there are additional device names that should
be handled as well.
