Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: indicator-applet

I have a dual screen setup. I discovered that indicator-applet is not
multihead aware, i.e. if -being in the secondary screen - I try to
launch anything ( Empathy, Evolution, Pidgin ) thru it, it always pops
up in the primary screen.

Empathy, Evolution and Pidgin - if launched as standalone applications
from the commandline or Applications->Internet, all correctly pop up in
the screen they were launched on.
