This happened to me today with karmic beta. I installed in virtualbox, and it
seemed
to work fine, but then to set up shared folders, I had to reboot... now it says
/dev/sda1: Superblock last mount time (Fri Oct 9 12:47:47 2009,
now = Fri Oct 9 :5:54:32 2009) is in the future.
I'm in Los Angeles, UTC+7 or so, so it does seem like a UTC/localtime
disagreement.)
