I'm experiencing the same behaviour as already mentioned above. I followed the debugging instructions but there was no additional output from "sudo pm-suspend", so I continued with pm_trace (as per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspend). Find attached the relevant logs.
