Fix released. fixed in 0.4.1ubuntu1
Odd bug. the icon is used only when the icon is listed in the icon-theme.cache.
Ted , this works with humanity after the icon-theme.cache was updated
... But still doesnt work with other themes if just the icon is present.
Guess, its not a priority now.
