Public bug reported:
previously edge scrolling on my netbook worked on both the right edge
(up/down) and bottom edge(left/right). However, with the 9.10 netbook
version, only up/down touchpad scrolling works, not right/left.
I don't know what OS component is responsible for this (xinput, device
driver, etc), so filed generic.
