Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

When i start Empathy application window is not visible and it does not appear
in the window-picker applet (there is only a tiny black line). Same beahvior
when a start the application from the shell. I get this:
(empathy:3281): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: instance with invalid (NULL) class
pointer
(empathy:3281): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_signal_connect_data: assertion
`G_TYPE_CHECK_INSTANCE (instance)' failed
empathy-Message:
/org/freedesktop/Telepathy/Connection/idle/irc/ilPisano_40chat_2efreenode_2enet0x9e5000/ImChannel2
 had an invalid Requested property

Application indeed work because i can see log message in IRC. If i try
to restart both from menu or shell window show up but i still get black
line in the applet.

AMD 64bit with radeon free driver, metacity composite enabled.
