I have the same problem here. But I am not completely sure that mountall is really the problem, because at first, the last thing I saw on the console were some errors about not being able to mount my windows partition. I edited my fstab and added "noauto", now the error messages are gone, but the boot process still freezes at the same moment, immeadiately after the messages about mounting.
