Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: file-roller
I would like to extract a new vim plugin scripts archive into ~/.vim
directory on my Ubuntu 9.04 netbook system.
But the file-roller Extract dialog box has no options for navigating or
otherwise extracting into a directory whose name starts with a dot, like
.vim
Can you add such an option (maybe a checkbox) to file-roller ?

I would like an option in the GUI or a possibility to extract into a hidden
folder, like ~/.vim
