Binary package hint: mobile-broadband-provider-info

In Karmic, the austrian provider 3 (in german drei) ist called "three",
but thats not the real-name of the provider, rather a english
translation.

For further detail you can see www.drei.at. Officially, the provider is
called Hutchison 3G Austria GmbH, in contracts often shortened to the
number 3, so all austrian customers know it is called drei (german
spelling for the number 3)

In Jaunty, the provider info was drei allready, so this is a regression
