Ask your notebook manufacturer. All Bluetooth adapters for the laptops are USB so far. So I guess that is no different for yours. However all of them will not appear on the USB bus until you tell them so. And that is the magic that needs to be found. Sometimes it is done via software and other times via a hardware switch. We can't do anything about it until we know the magic sequence.
