Yes, it is readily reproducible. Obviously you can only reproduce it fully once per user, since you cannot return to the original state due to the nature of the bug.
1. Create new user and log in as this user. 2. Click on the user-switcher applet and confirm that 'Suspend' appears (see 'user-switcher-1.png'). 3. Remove user-switcher-applet from gnome panel. 4. Right click on gnome-panel, select 'add to panel', and add the user- switcher back. 5.
