/usr/share/applications/sun-java6-javaws.desktop uses
"Exec=/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun-1.6.0.00/bin/javaws -viewer", running that
command on the download file has the same effect, the "-viewer" should
be dropped to not get the control panel dialog open, reassigning the bug
to sun-java6-bin
