Public bug reported:
While using Ubuntu 9.04 I encounter a problem in which my fans to not
stop spinning AFTER CPU usage. As normal, I run a program that spikes
the CPU a bit and the secondary fan (which doesn't constantly spin)
starts up. Once the program ends, and CPU drops the fan continues to
spin at a high rate. This is a Toshiba L350D laptop, and I am wondering
if there is a fix for this. Of course, I expect the fan to stop spinning
until needed again. I'm quite new to Ubuntu, although I can run terminal
commands.
Thank you, kind regards.
