Public bug reported:
I upgraded kubuntu karmic koala on my Samsung R560 Laptop and after rebooting
on the next day X takes no Input and has a Blinkin Cursor. I think maybe it's
NOT an X.org or nvidia driver issue because i have the same Problem with nv or
vesa and i even experience the problem when trying to boot the rescue system in
the grub boot menu.
The Rescue System shows the ncurses menu and when i'm not quick enough the
input freeses showing some wheird init/upstart lines in the middle of the
screen above the ncurses menu.
My Kubuntu is freshly installed from the beta iso.
Samsung R560
2 ext4 filesystem
/home Partition has cryptfs offered during kubuntu karmic install
I'll fill in some more information as soon as i get some from the logs
