Okay, I've had a look at this, and there's definitely no app named "heap-snapshot-viewer" - it really should be "mprof-heap-viewer" as you suggest
However, that tool can't be run from the GUI, as it needs to take a snapshot file as a command-line argument. So... just deleting this .desktop file seems the best course of action to me.
