OK. So the problem here is that we don't have an -idle icon, and
humanity doesn't provide the -idle or -offline icons in its style.
For ubuntuone-client, we'll have to override a method so that
set_from_icon_name() will fallback (so that we can use -idle in
Humanity, and the app icon otherwise), and add usage of -idle in
appropriate places.
For Humanity, it will need to provide ubuntuone-client-idle and
ubuntuone-client-offline status icons that match the greyscale style of
the other icons there.
