the full system I believe that this had something to do with the time settings
which I changed and mentioned in another bug report but I solved that and now
that fsck ran after the change made now system seems fine I was using the
maintenance prompt to load system and the recovery would not load at all for
kernel 2.26.31.11 or above
the other bug was 268808 do not see issue now
