Running Karmic 2.6.31-12-generic #45 (Tue oct 13). On Samsung NC10
* Sound preferences->Input-> Internal Analog Strereo - unmute and
increase input volume.
Sound output set to 50% I was able to clearly hear the voice I recorded.
