Binary package hint: ubiquity
Dear developers!
In Karmic, Install Ubuntu 9.10 desktop icon command now is following:
ubiquity --desktop %k gtk_ui
This command is right for normal use situation, but if a visual impaired people
choose the accessibility profile and would like try Ubuntu, and after the try
would like install the system with activate the desktop icon without restart
the computer, Orca Screen Reader not spokening the installer dialogs because
the gksu part missing with the command.
The right command is following (tested and works fine, prewious Ubuntu versions
using this command):
gksu ubiquity --desktop %k gtk_ui
I sending attachment the right desktop file. Possible fix this bug with final
release?
This is not a complicated bug, and not disturb non visual impaired people.
