Public bug reported: I was using the update manager and had to uncheck "gcalctool" to install all the rest of the updates. The "not found" IP returned pings 100%. I think the .deb file in that gcalctool directory is named differently "gcalctool_5.28.0-0ubuntu2_amd64.deb" but "gcalctool_5.28.0-0ubuntu3_amd64.deb" is what is listed. Not the 3 after 0ubuntu.
