Public bug reported:

I was using the update manager and had to uncheck "gcalctool" to install
all the rest of the updates. The "not found" IP returned pings 100%. I
think the .deb file in that gcalctool directory is named differently
"gcalctool_5.28.0-0ubuntu2_amd64.deb" but
"gcalctool_5.28.0-0ubuntu3_amd64.deb" is what is listed. Not the 3 after
0ubuntu.

Summary repost:
I received this error during the latest update to 9.10 "Failed to fetch
http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/g/gcalctool/gcalctool_5.28.0-0ubuntu2_amd64.deb
 404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.88.40 80]"
