I turns out the problem is that when OOo is running component
registration will fail very badly. So it refuses to upgrade. Now this
bug is triggered by "docvert-openoffice.org". It has a daemon start
starts openoffice.org in the background in headless mode. This makes it
rather tricky to upgrade OOo of course ;)
