Looking at the latest feisty package, both faac and faad are missing.
They seem to actively maintained upstream, as per
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/releases/gst-plugins-bad/0.10.4.html so
I wonder why they aren't here.
Because of this, there's no AAC support in gstreamer in Ubuntu. Is there
a compelling reason for not packaging faac/faad to gstreamer0.10
-plugins-bad?
