The situation is invalid in the newer version of firefox. you have to restart
firefox to use the theme.
by upgrading to a newer version of firefox you could receive bug fixes and new
functionality.
I close this bug report now. please feel free to reopen this bug if the problem
still occurs with a newer version of firefox.
