Hi Carlos,
This warning is typically indicative that it took longer for your system
to resume than expected. I believe the barrier is 5sec? I notice in
your dmesg output it states:
PM: resume devices took 5.068 seconds
Which puts you slightly over the 5sec. I assume you notice no other ill
effects after seeing this warning?
