Hi Ian,
This particular warning message reported here usually indicates it took
longer for your system to resume than anticipated (I believe it's a 5sec
barrier). Had you done a suspend/resume prior to seeing this warning?
Unfortunately I'm not see in your dmesg output how long it actually took
your system to resume. It's usually printed like:
PM: resume devices took 6.392 seconds
** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Incomplete
