We do not expose the input driver development headers because in theory
all the functionality applications need should be available through
input properties. Providing the headers would commit X to supporting
additional API layers which in fact may change upstream in ways we
cannot easily support (i.e. they may be changing the API without notice
and break your application as a result).
Instead, I would ask that you identify any functionality you need that
the current input properties do not provide and file bugs requesting
those capabilities be added.
