I don't think this is a duplicate of #288172. In #288172 the problem was
that if you uncheck the "Start GNOME Do at login" option, gnome-do was
starting anyway. In this bug, checking and then unchecking "Start GNOME
Do at login" is the only way to avoid starting GNOME Do when the user
logs in.
I will try to clarify the problem by modifying the bug description.
