Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: notify-osd

Steps to reproduce:
1) Move a mouse pointer to the place where notifications appear
2) Increase volume so that a notification appears - it is opaque (and it's OK)
3) Move a mouse so that it doesn't leave the notification rectangle

What happens:
Notification doesn't become transparent

What should happen:
User shouldn't be forced to move mouse out of the notification and back in to
see what's under it.

(Whereas I fully understand why a notification which appears above a
mouse pointer is opaque but I think it should become transparent again
after even a little movement.)
