Tollef, one thing that's worth noting is that if casper-md5check goes
wrong somewhere, then casper will just merrily keep on booting rather
than panicking or similar. This suggests that (a) one of the exit()s in
casper-md5check is happening, (b) the integrity-check wrapper script
needs to be fixed.
