qt-language-selector should take care of installing the kde-l10n-* packages, which does not seem to do in all cases.
I tested installing Kubuntu having selected Catalan as the installation language. Once the installation had finished, I installed Catalan in language-selector (Kickoff > Favorites > System Settings > Language settings) -although it should have probably already been installed- and after finishing kde-l10n-ca was not installed. However, when I tried to install a second language afterwards, qt- language-selector did prompt me about missing translation support and installed kde-l10n-ca. So it seems that qt-language-selector is doing its job, but not in all cases and the kde-l10n-* do not get installed automatically. ** Tags added: i18n kubuntu -- kde-l10n-ca should be installed by default along with main catalan translations packages https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/450349 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
