In both of the packages referenced in this bug, /etc/apport/blacklist.d
is a directory, like it should be. This error message should not happen
when dpkg is unpacking a directory - so this points to filesystem
corruption on the system, not a bug in the apport package. Closing this
report as invalid.
For further confirmation, try 'ls -ld /etc/apport/blacklist.d', which I
expect will show that this is a file instead of a directory. To
continue with the upgrade, you can move the file aside; however, I would
strongly suggest that you investigate what caused the filesystem
corruption first, before doing further package upgrades on your system.
