BTW... on reporting bugs... sorry for not specifying architecture and OS version. I thought such details were to be asked separately by the web page, while conversely I should have included them in my comments.
However, please notice that I am very unconfortable at using apport- collect. Apart from somehow misleading errors attachment: Dependencies.txt... Error connecting to Launchpad: HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error You have to allow "Change anything" privileges. when it had in fact been just allowed to change everything, I think the tool is inherently problematic. Why does it ever try to read a file like /etc/network/interfaces that may contain network passwords? Had it been able to read the file, would it have published its content on launchpad without asking? Why does the tool read and publish without even asking for confirmation about the data it is going to send? -- Network manager disables ethernet card it should not touch at all https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/452085 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
