I experience these problems as well. I have two users: user1 (administrator) and user2 (not administrator)
1. Reboot. 2. Sign in as user1, using password. In the pull-down menu under user1's name, I select user2. 3. Sign in as user2, using password. 4. Under the user2 pull-down menu, I select log out. 5. user1 is logged back in, without password prompt. I run Ubuntu 9.04, with packages updated today. My computer is an AMD XP1600+ with 768MB RAM. No special screensavers installed, just the "blank screen" after a time-out. -- log out switches to other account without password https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/279938 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
