Binary package hint: totem
I attach a screenshot of the resulting dialog when Totem doesn't fine a
channels list. Sorry it's in French (maybe this is the problem), it
basically says "Sorry, you need a channel list, follow the instructions
in the link to create one". However as you can see there is no link.

When totem doesn't find a channels list for DVB, it doesn't actually provide a
link to the Ubuntu help in the error dialog
