Public bug reported:
When I recieved a libnotify prompt, I had my mouse over a FF tab, and
had trouble seeing it, due to the prompt. Usual behavior of the
notification is to blur upon mouseover, yet it didn't do that. However,
when I moved my mouse off the prompt and back on, it blurred correctly.
How to reproduce:
1) Position your mouse where a libnotify prompt would usually be.
2) Get a friend to message you on Pidgin/finish a Transmission
download/generate a prompt somehow (I just did "notify-send "lol"" in a
terminal).
3) Notice it does not blur, even if you move your mouse.
4) Move your mouse off it and then back on. It now blurs correctly (expected
behavior).
