I reported this as a bug also, not knowing there was already an entry on it
So, let me make sure I understand * Install MPlayer, as I always do * However, instead of installing Mozilla-Mplayer plug-in, now I need to install gecko-mediaplayer??? (Gecko's description in Synaptic does state that it is a browser "plug-in" that uses Gnome MPlayer and MPlayer to play the media) If you ask me, I still consider it somewhat as a bug, Ubuntu should have posted something on their "known issues" section to make sure people testing 9.10 were aware about it -- mozilla-mplayer requires FF3, but FF3.5 is installed https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/429319 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
