Public bug reported:
After having installed from the herd-3 and herd-4 LiveCDs, the CD
doesn't eject when rebooting. I get all the way to the usplash screen
saying "Remove the CD, then press ENTER", but the CD isn't actually
ejected. Because the LiveCD locks the drive I can't manually eject it
either. I have to reboot, then eject it.
