Public bug reported:
After choosing "Hibernate" from the menu in the top right of the screen
the laptop appears to hibernate successfully but when trying to resume
there is no on screen error (that I see) but the laptop restarts as if
it is from a cold boot. On logging in I get the notification that an
error occurred.

Annotation: This occured during a previous hibernate and prevented it from
resuming properly.
