Subscribed Jonathan Riddell, the most recent python-qt4 unloader. I'm going to stick my neck out there. I think that upgrading python-qt4 to a new major upstream release after the beta freeze, 2 week before the final release, is not the way to go.
Granted there may be a problem with the qbzr code (using old style classes), and that does need to be fixed. But, the time frames really put us (the upstream devs) under a lot of pressure. And, there are probably a number of other python-qt4 that have the same problem, but have not yet been found. Hence, I would really like to see the version of python-qt4 in karmic reverted to 4.5.4-1. -- qbzr on Karmic crashes with segmentation fault https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/452210 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
